Best breakfast buffet!

Location just outside Hakata Station made it incredibly easy to access public transport. Nightly sake tastings in the foyer and late-night soba noodles were thoughtful touches that added a unique charm.

Rooms are quite small, especially the Deluxe Double Room, which felt cramped for the price. The layout isn't optimal. with a shared basin near the door, it limited space and the sofa obstructed movement within the room. Limited storage options also posed challenges for guests with luggage, as only one bar for hanging coats was provided, and usable toiletries were minimal. Parking was a hassle with no official drop-off area, which made unloading luggage in busy traffic an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

Location is spot-on, just a 2-minute walk from Hakata Station. Breakfast was fantastic with a mix of Western and Japanese options. Minor downside-the room felt a bit small and no tea provided. Great stay!

The hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from hakata station, making it super convenient to explore the city and nearby places like ninjin park and the statue of kyushu railway, which are both easy to walk to. plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay, even accommodating my language barrier with a smile.

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and free wi-fi. The staff helped me with a car service during my first stay, showing their great service. I recommend trying the lounge area. I'm coming back for a city break.

The location is superb, right next to the subway exit, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the complimentary welcome snacks like local sake and soba noodles, which added a nice touch. The gym on the fifth floor was well-equipped, and having three washing machines was convenient for managing laundry. The city view from the common areas created a lovely atmosphere.

The Superior Twin Room was spacious enough for our family, even with a toddler running around! The hotel thoughtfully added a bedrail for us. We loved the cleanliness and comfort. Just a heads-up, there was no closet space, which was a bit of a hassle with luggage, but we managed. The bathroom was functional, though a little tighter than ideal. The location right by Hakata Station made it really convenient, especially in the rain!
